Divorce Appraisals

Divorce can be a very difficult time for both parties involved. During a divorce, one side may offer to buy out the other side for the property in question. Or both parties might agree to sell the property and split the proceeds. In any event, an objective appraisal may be utilized in order to determine the fair market value of the property. A credible value for the subject property is necessary so that both parties involved can move forward confidently knowing that their property has been evaluated in an unbiased fashion by an appraisal expert.
